Using the Application Tracker
How to track your job applications with the Kanban board.
The tracker board
The Application Tracker is a Kanban board at Applications in your sidebar. It gives you a visual pipeline of every job you've interacted with.
Cards move through columns from left to right as your applications progress. Each card shows the company name, job title, match grade, location, and how long ago the status changed.
Moving cards
Drag and drop cards between columns to update their status. The change saves instantly with optimistic UI, so you won't see a loading state.
You can also click a card to open the detail view and change the status from there.
What you'll see
The tracker shows stats at the top of the page:
- Jobs scanned -- Total jobs ApplyFast has found for you.
- In progress -- Applications currently being prepared or reviewed.
- Sent -- Total applications submitted.
- Interview rate -- Percentage of sent applications that reached the interview stage.
Mobile
On smaller screens, the board scrolls horizontally. Swipe left and right to see all columns.
Bulk updates
Select multiple cards and use the bulk action menu to move them to a new status at once. Useful when you get a batch of rejections or want to archive old applications.
